Krieps, the 41-year-old actor from Germany, has continued to impress, with powerful performances in Corsage, Old, and will soon be seen in Jim Jarmusch’s Father Mother Sister Brother. Her newest film, Went Up the Hill, is another powerhouse performance, with Krieps playing a vulnerable and emotional widow, connecting with the son of her late wife.
