In Interviews

Noah Segan may have made his big break in director Rian Johnson’s Brick but now he’s ready to take a path as his own independent film director. Sure, the New York native dabbled directing a part of a horror anthology, but his newest film- Blood Relatives is his baby and he’s ready to take a bite out of success with his vampire movie. And what should come as no surprise, Segan is a natural, already getting a true film school from Johnson being a part of The Last Jedi and Knives Out. He’s a true artist, both in writing, directing, and acting; Especially because he has an intuitive sense of what makes things work- which he instantly proves from frame one. I was lucky to talk with Noah about making a vampire road trip movie, how his own personal life influenced his storytelling, and how he gained confidence from being on the set of Knives Out.
