Eve Connolly & Caroline Goodall- Hot Seat Interview- Actors- Sew Torn

Interviewing blossoming acting star Eve Connolly and the acting legend Caroline Goodall together is truly a wonderful moment. Born in Dublin, Ireland, Connolly is 29 years old and already paving her way to success, in shows such as Into the Badlands and Vikings. Goodall has already cemented herself in some of cinema’s greatest films, such as Schindler’s List, Hook, Cliffhanger, and White Squall, all of which were made by phenomenal directors. And now, the two are a part of easily one of the most original films of the last ten years and one of the best films of 2025- Sew Torn. In it, Connolly plays a woman faced with various decisions to make after she discovers a drug deal gone wrong, finds a suitcase of money, and the consequences it brings. Goodall plays a true Bridezilla, depending on Connolly’s character to get her dress ready for her big day. I was incredibly grateful to talk to Eve and Caroline at SXSW, where we discussed Caroline working with Steven Spielberg, how Eve had to study making paper contraptions, and the set experience with new director Freddy Macdonald.
