If you know horror movies then you know how much of a legend Barbara Crampton is. The actor from classics such as Re-Animator, From Beyond, and recently Jakob’s Wife continues to reinvent herself. Crampton not only sits on the Mount Rushmore of horror movie actors, but she also continues to pass the torch, welcoming new talent, pushing horror movies to be financed, and impressing us with every performance she delivers. I was incredibly lucky to be able to talk to Barbara Crampton about her new film King Knight– playing at the Fantasia Film Festival, the term “scream queen”, the success of Jakob’s Wife, and making an impact with a character no matter how big or small.
